About Concept 3D

Quality perspectives are the most effective way to communicate design intent accurately to clients, town planners and property buyers. This makes them essential for architects, real estate agents and home renovators.

Concept 3D has the software and the skills to create such images, making it a cost-effective option for small firms, sole practitioners and individuals.

We are based in Parkville, Victoria but can provide our services to anyone with an internet connection. Our images can be created from electronic CAD drawings, hard copy drawings or even sketches.

The Director

Michael Smith graduated with honours in both Architecture and Construction Management from Deakin University in 2007. Since then Michael has worked with leading Melbourne Architects on commercial residential and industrial projects throughout all stages of the architectural process.

We like to work with our clients to provide a product which suits their needs. Whilst our photo realistic images speak for themselves, we are also able to create simpler 3D images for those with extremely tight budget or time constraints.
